Facebook business page needs 10000 fans

Project Description:
We need 10000 fans for our Facebook business page.

What we exactly need:

1) All fans must be REAL people...NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM!
2) All must be from USA and Canada.
3) All fans must have at least 50 friends or more
5) All fans must be aged 16 to 24.
6) All fans must be active - have real status updates.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1) 10% of payment will be paid after every 1000 fans.
2) Balance payment will be made after 30 days from the date of registered 10000 Fans.
3) Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for.
4) You must not acquire these members in a way that will get the page banned or suspended.
5) WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT IF THE PAGE IS SUSPENDED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

When bidding please include:

* Date of delivery
* Examples of previous Facebook fan page (explanation of how it will be accomplished, no trade secrets, but general information)
