candidate must have business-oriented skills,getting alliances with following criteria.
-- Making strategies for the company’s growth.
-- Give vertical centric presentations to prospects/clients.
-- Looking/Bidding for new business/alliances.( Elance/Guru/Freelancer/etc)
-- Analyzing the project requirement and Client interaction (internationally), giving appropriate suggestions and the best possible solution..
-- Estimating the project cost and time frame.
-- Visualizing the project and explaining the same to the project managers, team leaders and the developers.
-- Keeping a look on the progress of the project on a regular basis and updating the client on the same and getting payments as per payment terms..
-- Following up with the clients for future business and referrals.
-- Meet weekly/monthly targets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred.
Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
Demonstrated telephone etiquette.
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process.
Experience dealing with executive levels ( VP & Director).
Experience working in preferably Europe & US markets.
Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter.
Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team sales environment.
Any Graduate degree.
