Custom Bulk Mailing Solution

Hey,

I require someone to set up a system that allows me to bulk email. I am willing to pay for a custom solution.

I will need an offshore email SMTP server with postfix, DKIM, IP Rotation, SPF, rDNS, etc.

I will need you to walk me through everything including where to get the IPs, emails, hosting, etc.

I will provide more info once we begin communication.

Please provide detailed information on how you would go about doing this, what is required (VPS, IPs, emails, etc), the timeline and cost.
