Hi, I have an email address database of 10 million contacts and need to send them out to my customers promoting my services. Must be anti spam compliant and i must be able to track and measure results from the campaign. I have a HTML email marketing template and my database is in excel. I will need to test the campaign before it is sent. Looking at a high 95% success rate or higher If you have the skills and experience and can offer more advice please feel free to contact me.
