I am seeking to develop a long-term relationship with an expert marketer who is able to generate guaranteed targeted signups.
This first project is a "TEST PROJECT" which entails obtaining 1000 legitimate people to signup through my CPA offer links (which I will provide)in a minimum of 20 days. This is CPS campaign, user need to fill out his name, username, password, confirm password, email, captcha and accept T&C's and then purchase a bid package.
Please PM me with your experience in this field and provide full details of the various methods you intend to implement to get these signups.
I will need someone that speaks/writes fluent English and that can be easily contactable during the day, a weekly progress report must be submitted on all promotion done for the week in question.
The provider that is selected MUST have an intricate knowledge/experience about CPA Networks and what are acceptable marketing methods and which are not OR must be very seasoned and experienced in obtaining targeted leads . It is very important to note that only white hat methods are acceptable to generate the leads to CPA networks.
I will provide you the links with special tracking codes that will track your performance and also will show me how many signups you made and if your leads are fake or genuine.

Don't do anything that could get me banned.
- NO Black Hat or unethical SEO/spam techniques
- No automated software or bots
- No robots.txt blocking, fake PR, penalty site banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.
- No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.,
- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, “Classified” sites, labeled links, etc.
- No duplicates, fraudulent signups, proxies etc.
- Only Real & Genuine US Traffic and White Hat traffic generation methods are allowed to generate leads
- Each signup Must Be A Real Person and also MUST BE FROM THE US.
- Each signup must submit either a valid and legitimate email address or zip code and originate from unique IP addresses
- Only Legitimate Traffic Allowed
- If emails are one of your methods of promotion you may need to run your email list against a suppression list which I will provide.
- All traffic must be redirected through your own redirection process if you are marketing this offer via email.
