I need someone who can help me make a Google Play/Android Developer account. As you may know, the account costs $25 to set up. I need you to make the account and then wait for Google to approve it. Once approved, you can then remove your billing information and provide me with the account details. I will pay you $50 total for one Account.. I need the account to be in the Uk and the card cannot have been used to make a developer account before.
