Market analysis research report required for new online startup for Independent contractors/management consultants. Business to be launched in UK, US, Australia and NZ.
VA required to research:
- current external environment (PESTLE) specifically for each of the intended regions (UK, US, Australia and NZ).
- SWOT of market for each region
- Number of, and list of competitors (name, website, address, target market, industry,etc)
- features, functionality, business models, key words etc used by competitors
- identify and create league tables of market leaders by traffic/volume
- identify revenue and pricing
VA must meet the following criteria:
- be UK based (preferred)
- VAT registered (preferred)
- must supply examples of similar research & final report
- must be rated on this website or similar (must provide a link to the other site)
