Project Description:
I am looking for someone to manage my ppc campaigns in both google and bing. I want an expert with at least 3 years experience. I have existing campaigns, ad groups and keywords already up and running for several years with lots of history. I am looking for someone to analyze how effective my ppc is and to make changes to improve my return on investment.

If I am happy with the improvements, ROI and results, then this can become something that could be a monthly thing.
