You must research keywords and provide me with relavent domain name. I will buy the domain name according to niche and keywords used and arrange hosting once the parameters are agreed. All sites files are to be uploaded to my server upon completion or project.

- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website.
- Website contents must be unique, original(copyscape passable). Site must be sticky and nteresting to attract visitors and clickable.
- Must consistently generate minimum $10 Per Day long term (1year+)
Terms:
1) Only white hat
2) You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.
4) Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc.
5) Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.
6) No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules
I must emphise that site must comply 100 percent with Google adsese conditions
Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within adsense TERMS OF SERVICE. I don't want to risk my adsense account.
