Looking for professional and realiable Google Adsense website creator (Wordpress) able to create an Adsense niche site that must generate at least US $30 per day

- Content must be original and unique and attracting to users,content must not be copied, copyrighted, illegal, spun and no auto blogging.
- Must contain related images to niche topic
- The site design must be neat, look clean and professional and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
- You must create the logo, banner and all required images
- My websites must be fully operational and online generates the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no big intervention on my part.
- All traffic MUST be organic - NO BLACKHAT methods, PPC, PPV, autosurf sites, no bots, paid traffic or fake referrers
- Site must be SEO optimized with popular and often used keywords. Backlinks must be 100% legitimate and whitehat, spamming is not allowed.
- The site MUST not breach Google Adsense Terms
- Provide overview plan before starting the project
- Must be original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords
- Must consistently generate US$30 or more per day
- Must be a standalone website
- Cannot involve anything related to adult entertainment, pharma, violence, gambling, warez or anything that is not acceptable to the Google adsense TOS.
- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
- Unique organic traffic (no bots or bought traffic)
- Must be optimized for Google Adsense
- Must disclose how you generated the traffic to the site
- Show me your portfolio of websites that generate income.

- I will only release the payment once I see consistent daily revenues of US$20 over a period of full month or minimum US $650.00 in a month.
