We have a FRENCH LANGUAGE website selling only to French-Speaking countries.
We have a handful of adwords campaigns set up which do not generate anywhere near enough ROI - we need this campaigns refined (or deleted).
We need a French-speaking person with excellent adwords crediential (preferably a certified adwords professional) to promote our website generally and to work on a list of key products that we will provide.
Our budget for clicks is euros 1500-2000 per month but we obviously want this to go as far as possible with the best possible return.
