We need a skilled SEO professional or team of professional to create 3000 high quality backlinks for our site. This department of our company currently has 3 unique websites, all in the moving and relocation industries, all relatively new. We are looking to increase and improve our web ranking and position on search engine results in order to generate sales leads.
In addition to knowing all the ins and outs of creating quality backlinks, we need an expert who completely understands the recent Panda and Penguin algorithm updates and can achieve excellent results while still abiding by the new rules. Very important! Also very important is that all work completed fall within Google Webmaster guidelines so any work done isn't negatively affected in the future.
We will provide you with the keywords, anchor text, and URLs.
This is just 1 site--our company has many more. If the expert we hire does an excellent job, he/she will be awarded with more work in the future. The expert must be able to explain exactly what methods will be used. Should also be able to provide verifiable examples of completed projects you have done
You must have a Skype ID and be available for a brief weekly strategy session.

REQUIREMENTS:
-- ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT OR GREY HAT METHODS, ONLY WHITE HAT METHODS
-- Google guidelines must be followed and no way should be compromised
-- Create no more than 50 Links per day (approx. 60 day timeline for 3000 links)
-- Links should contain the target anchor text and titles, link pages must be relevant to the anchor text
-- URLs must be live as soon as you create them. We expect them to be picked up by search engines with 1-3 days
-- All must be Do Follow, "unidirectional" (One-way), Permanent, and only-Incoming (non-reciprocal) links
-- All links must come from Google PR3+ to PR5+ or better pages
-- Submissions and links should be permanent with the same URL for atleast 180 days. We will check, and any broken backlinks within the first 180 days must be replaced, at no additional charge
-- A maximum of ONE backlink per domain. Each backlink must have a unique IP address
-- Links must either be on home page or internal page that is linked with home page, no more than 2 clicks from the home page
-- Page must not be disallowed by robots.txt
-- The page where the link is placed must not have more than 35 external links on the same page as the anchor text
-- Links must be from relevant sites (moving, real estate, truck rental, home maintenance, mortgages, home values, cost of living sites, etc)
-- Links must be from English language sites ONLY
-- Links and pages must be visible, indexable, and readable
-- Link pages must have been indexed by Google, Yahoo, and Bing in last 30-45 days max
-- Backlinks on URLS should be pinged
-- Only links from US based IP addresses with these domains: .com /.net /.gov /.edu / .org
-- All links must be permanent and static (in content, preferred, href type links) HTML. No Flash sites or pages
-- Google must be able to crawl and find backlinks
-- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active
-- We reserve the right to reject any link if it does not meet our requirements. Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider at no additional cost
-- Links pages that I cannot find in Google will not count
-- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites
-- Link should be viewable publicly, viewable without registration or Login
-- Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted
