I’m looking for someone to build high quality manual links building for websites through White Hat Methods.
I need over 500 PR4+ backlinks to my website. they have to be permanent, do-follow, all on different domains and be on a Page which has a PR4+ not domain PR but PAGE PR! Bid on the price per 500 quality links that fulfills the requirements below and give a short description of how you will perform this task.

The deadline is 60 days for 500 permanent links, starting after the contract is accepted.

The topic of the website is mostly related to education and university programs.

To be qualified you must be able to fulfill these requirements:
- Link from high pagerank (Pagerank 1+) pages (not just high PR domains)
- All backlinks must come from ENGLISH (American) related websites only!
- Dofollow links
- Never link with adult sites and other illegal sites.
- Any blog comment text that you create must be different on each page.
- No profile links
- No link farm backlinkse
- No more than 30 outbound links from the linking page
- WHITEHAT ONLY - all links must be created manually
- Variety of anchor texts
- Provide all the details in excel/word doc – I will provide a template for you upon acceptance.

Please be ready to deliver:

- Relevant backlinks from different sources (relevant sites)
- All links must carry SEO value;
- All links must follow Google recommendations;
-NO link farm, spam sites, web rings,
gambling, or adult sites, or link directories;
-NO SOFTWARE created links! We need quality links.
-Report (Excel) on location of URL, page rank of URL
