Looking for a professional link builder that can deliver high quality links for a technical support website. We are looking for long term relation for the right person.
Please don't bid if you don't have experience in Penguin and Panda.
We are NOT interested if you are still dealing with link exchange : reciprocal, 2 way, 3 way, n number way.. we don't need Reciprocal links in any form.
We are NOT looking for trashy directories or article links
We will provide a set of keywords (around 10), which are all variations of a couple of keywords and we will need you to use the same for developing the links.
We require 500 EDU/GOV Links.You have to be pretty careful when creating your wiki pages on EDU sites. If pages will be removed you will not get paid for it...

Links must be permanent
Weekly reports needs to be provided ( Domain of link, Linking page, PR of linking page, Anchor Text used, Linking to URL )

a) Bid Price
b) Number of Links
c) How you are going to source the links / type of links ( top level methods)
d) PLs. Mention if you would provide any .edu / .gov links, if so how many
