Here are some guidelines:
0: We need High PR forum posting. We need PR3 to PR9 forum posting.
1. Your posts should be in FOOD related forums. other wise we will reject.
2. Must not be in chinese / indian / non-western forums.
3. You can use a list of keywords from our list.
4. The post can not be removed within 5 days. We will not count any remove post.
5. The links may not be in profiles
6. The post must contain at least 25 words and make sense with the context of the thread.
7: we will not provide you any forum list. You should have your own High PR forums.
