Google Local Page Expert

We are in need of someone who can RANK our google local page listings, and who can optimize this correctly for Google. Aside from this, knowledge in SEO and linkbuilding is a must. Tasks would be:
1) primary task: optimize our EXISTING local page listings and make it rank in Google (this includes creating / adding citations, reviews, etc)
- Would like to see an outline of what how you do this? Summary of the steps you take to rank a site in Google Places section (do not expect a detailed report but rather a summary of how you do this. The more detail you provide, the more we can rest assured you know what you are doing).
2) whenever needed, applicant must also do some type of SEO/ linkbuilding
- What SEO software do you know?
- What is your SEO skill set? What is the #1 thing you do in SEO better than anyone else?
3) applicant must send his/ her reports after each working day
4) communication is a MUST!
We're looking for a PART time employee who can work for a certain number of hours in a week.
To be considered for this position, you must start the first sentence with "SEO is the best part of online marketing."
He / She must be willing to have voice calls via Skype for regular meetings / conversations.
