I would provide 5 keywords as the anchor text for the back links. My site is a PR 4 & the niche is Mailing List.

Work should be completed within 30 days. With weekly detailed reports ( no exception).
I would prefer less high PR back-links then more low PR back-links.Please let me know how many back-links you can provide mentioning the PR's of the page not the website.
