Our requirements
1. approved links
2. do follow links
3. actual PR of the page PR1+
4. Comment related to the topic or article. Avoid posting the same comment on multiple blogs.
5. link in comment body (if not possible than in user name, but close to anchor)
6. Less than 80 outbound links
7. No javascript
8. No sex viagra and stuff on page
9. Do not comment twice on the same blog
10. Use proxy to build a link is mandatory!
11. For each link submitting should be created unique email address to avoid footprints.
