Project Description:
I am in need of a local SEO expert or firm to develop and provide ongoing maintenance (if needed) an internet marketing campaign for a painting business.
-------Below is what I need a campaign to include:
1. I need to target 10-15 cities in my local Seattle, Tacoma region for the top 5 or so relevant keywords used to find a painter:
2. I also need Google places, Bing local, and Yahoo local lising optimized for one location (Seattle) and to keep (and further improve) rankings for another location.
3. Build/clean-up citations.
4. Onpage/off page optimization link building. White hat methods only.
5. Analytics.
I have a website (let me know if you would like URL) domain is 6 years old but would probably like to use a more coversion friendly design for this campaign to convert visitors into leads.
**Please be specific and detailed on your campaign approach and suggestions. Would you use one web page, want to use my existing site, or develop a seperate pages (add pages to my site) for each city?
**Please let me know if you reccomend or if a monthly maintenance plan is needed. And if so cost per month.
------Please reccomend any additional services to generate leads or help SEO efforts. (video, social media, blog, press releases)
Would prefer performance based agreement. I do not plan to shell out a ton of money until I see results.
