Project Description:
I am looking for someone who can deliver me 15,000 visitors to my page in one day, botted/fake or not.

Bottom line is that all of this traffic needs to consist of unique IP addresses AND needs to stay 40 to 60 seconds on the page.

Preferably it would be nice if I would have control panel for this where I can control the flow of this traffic myself.

My budget is tight, but I would like to pay $30 if your service is appears to be high quality!
