Our web development and marketing firm is looking to outsource some of our SEO projects since we dont have time to keep up with them. We are looking for an English Speaking SEO company that only offers the highest quality SEO services.
You should be using advanced SEO tools such as SEO Moz, Raven, or similar.
I expect the company I hire to always be reading about the changes in googles algorithm, and only offer services that are currently accepted by google. I will ask what books and articles you have read and what seo blogs you fallow.
If you tell me that you want to submit my site to a bunch or directories and poor quality article sites then you are not the type of SEO company Im looking for.
If you dont know what "Google Panda" is then Im not interested in working with you.
I would also like a company that knows how social media plays into your web rankings. You should be able to look at a page on my site and know what needs to be changed for it to be SEO optimized onsite, whether it be the meta tags for better click through, H tags, Key word density, or SEO copy writing issues.
You should know how to get quality links that at least appear natural. You should know that your site can be penalized for over using anchor text. . To sum it up I need a company that knows it all and is able to create a customized plan of action for each of my clients.
Now for this project Overview. This is a Commercial and Residential HVAC Company. They have had a site for years but almost nothing on it. So our only starting positive was domain age. I have redesigned the website and built it on wordpress. Its perma links are set up correctly and I have Wordpress Seo by yoast installed. You should be familiar working with wordpress to accept this job. The site looks amazing and I wrote somewhat SEO optimized content for every page. I used localsitesubmit.com to get the local directories and yellow page sites set up, along with google, yahoo, and bing maps.
At this point I am one month into this project. We dont rank for anything yet. The site is primed and ready for someone to take it over and start optimizing things. Making onsite and offsite changes, link building, etc. I have a budget and a few hundred dollars per month. I would like you to submit your proposal, an overview of your SEO strategy, and estimated time for the site to start ranking. Im wanting someone who can optimize both organic and for the local maps.

You quote should be broken up over months since Im not looking for a one time go around. You cant just get a bunch of links all at once, you will get banned. I need monthly strategy...
We have over 100 search terms we would like to sow up for, not to mention over 150 manufactures we service. Would be nice to rank for terms like york air conditioner repair. Our company has a local in Saint Louis, and Lake Ozarks Mo. Our main location is St. Louis so we focus on that but would like to eventually rank in both cities.
