I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to make me a FULL YouTube partner. After Successfully making a partner I also have a PSD file which needs to be inserted into my channel. I already have a channel but can't have my own full customized Channel without being a Full YouTube partner. In other words, I want my own banner and pictures etc.
PLEASE NOTE AND REMEMBER: I have my own PSD artwork already. Its attached to this project description.
My absolute budget for this project is $30 PLUS a VERY POSITIVE FEEDBACK on completion of project. This project is ideal for any freelancer who wished to have extra 5***** feedback on their portfolio reviews.
