Off Site SEO - Link Building

Project Description:
We need a Link Building expert to help with some off-site SEO.

1. 600 Directory submissions (High Page Rank Sites)
2. 300 Article Submissions (I will provide the 4 articles)
3. 150 Social Bookmarking (Including the well known social networks)

There will be 30 keyphrases which we will provide; they are things like:
PRIVATE MEDICAL CENTRE
PRIVATE MEDICAL CLINIC
PRIVATE MEDICAL PRACTICE
PRIVATE MEDICAL SERVICES
PRIVATE MEDICAL CARE
PRIVATE DOCTORS SURGERY

There are 10 citys that we need to cover:
Edinburgh
Glasgow
Oxford
Manchester
Salisbury
Brighton
Guildford
Cardiff
Leeds
Bournemouth

So each of the search phrases need to have each city tagged onto the end. (prefix to it)
