We are an online Garden furniture retail selling Teak, Cedar and other wood/non wood furniture. We are currently seeking SEO experts in ranking our website for at least 10 competitive keywords.
SEO, keywords and Link Building for parenting site (U.S & Canada only)
We require an expert to carry out SEO and link building Min. 500 permanent links for ONE site. Only High quality, one-way, static html links. Performance: Average 20 links per day
We need the following:
At least 30 PERMANENT links from PR 8+ sites.
At least 50 PERMANENT links from PR 7+ sites
At least 150 PERMANENT links from PR 6+ sites.
At least 200 PERMANENT links from PR 5+ sites.
Rest must be PERMANENT links from PR 2+ sites.
All the above links should be placed on site's MAIN PAGE PR and NOT in any sub domain or sub page

No links from "under construction" pages.
No sites which ask for money later.
No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups.
No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free for All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites.
All links must be ONE WAY non-reciprocal links from relevant websites.
Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in PM message.
Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
Links must be in text, no graphics.
Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days to avoid any penalties.
We will cancel any link if not found suitable.
Reference: We would require past link building experience and reference from you. The successful candidate must have extensive link building and SEO knowledge and experience. Please do NOT BID if you have no prior SEO, link building experience.

We need keywords that are highly commercialized. We are not interested in just volume. We are looking for key words that direct targeted customers. We will analyze all submitted keywords before the project is granted.
