SEO 2 Build Custom Traffic to our niche web site

I have two competitions websites that need an exceptional SEO expert. Both sites need to go to number one spot at the beginning of each month, every month until December this year on ALL search engines, inclusive Google. The first site I would also like to get these sites linked to graphics design freelancers and creative designers from novice to professionals, initially want to attract designers from [login to view URL] and similar sites. The second web site that needs traffic is aimed at anyone who makes iPOD/iPhone videos. Hence related keywords must be used for both sites individually.
