I have several websites related to the same field that have existed for over 7 years. I want to focus on one of the websites. For my top 4 keywords/phrases, I'm already in page 1 or 2 in Google. I would like to nudge those higher, while adding 2 other keywords that I'm lower in.

I would like to get those even higher, if possible, and add the below terms -
court reporting - 138
court reporter - 165
I am looking for a long-term relationship. I understand results don't come quick, and that's fine. But I DO need to see the work is being done. I won't just trust that you're doing something. I've done that before and been screwed over. I need a report once a week with what you've done and the current rankings. If things move in the right direction, I keep paying you a salary each month the keep things going that way. But we start at a fixed price to get things going.
White hat techniques ONLY! I own 16 websites and 4 businesses. I make long-lasting business relationships with the right people. But finding a good, honest, hardworking SEO person with good communication seems to be the hardest thing to do. Prove me wrong :) Let's hear your offer.
