We are seeking a freelancer or company who is experienced in implementing search engine optimization link-building campaigns for design firms and who has demonstrable results in making sites rank higher on major search engines for a specific niche keywords and keyword phrases. We are a New York based design firm specializing in Web, Apparel and Print design. We would prefer a diversified approach to SEO. Here are our guidelines for a link-building campaign: 1) White hat only ? no link farms or redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. 2) One-way follow, non reciprocal, permanent links. 3) Domains where the links reside must be at least PR2. 4) Links can only be from English language .com, .net, .org, .us, .ca, .gov, or .edu sites. 5) No more than 40 outbound links on page. 6) Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable and indexed. Please make your proposal based on a long-term relationship because that is our objective and we will likely engage multiple long-term link builders. Every two weeks, we would expect a report in Excel with the following level of detail for your links. a) The URL of the site b) The URL of the link c) The title of the site d) The Page Rank
We would like to be on the top ten with these searches for example;

Excellent written English is essential and you will provide some examples of your previous work. A weekly excel spreadsheet report is required with full details of the following: submission date, anchor text, page URL, PR number, username and password.
Only white-hat SEO methods will be accepted. We will not accept no-follow, redirected, JavaScript, link farm, bad network or adult backlinks.
Links must be permanent, active, must never expire and not require any payments. If a link is removed within 5 years, you agree to replace the link upon our request.
You must agree replace any missing link or refund our money if any links are deleted within 1 year.
