SEO 1st Page on Google Top 5 Ranking

Payment will only be sent if required results are achieved in 3 month time frame. See below for project details and requirements. If this project was successful, same worker may be awarded similar future projects.

*Project Details:
Client's website on 1st page (TOP FIVE) results in Google for 4 keywords.
Timeline: 3 months

Need top 5 ranking on Google.com for 1st page for 1 website with 4 main keywords. In addition you must analyze website for proper seo optimization to assist in achieving these results. You must guarantee that at least 2 keywords will rank in the top 5 of Google.com on 1st page or no payment until these results are achieved.

Please add "CUSTOMER WILL PAY WHEN RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED" in your response, so that I know that you will accept payment upon result of top 5 ranking on 1st page of Google (U.S. Results) for 2 out of 4 medium to high competitive keywords in 3 months. Please note a weekly report must be submitted to me. Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider. The client has already have one keyword on 1st page (TOP ONE or TWO) ranking and it's a 4-5 years old domain.

Please provide me the detailed SEO techniques you will use, and information of similar successful completed projects you have successfully completed. No canned responses please.

*Payment:

Full payment will be submitted at the end of 3rd month, only if results are achieved by end of 3rd month (at least 2 keywords in top 5 position on 1st page of Google.com.) If 2 or more keywords are not in top 5 results on 1st page of Google.com by end of 3rd month - NO PAYMENT until results are achieved!

*Bonus:
If this project completed successfully & you can achieve top 5 results on 1st page of Google.com for all of the keywords, I'll award you a 20% bonus.
