SEO for a German Site!

Project Description:
I need some SEO/Linkbuilding for my GERMAN website.
The site has to come to the first google page.
You must send me reports with the backlinks.
80% of the backlinks must come from GERMAN SITES.
NO FORUM-PROFILE BACKLINKS ACCEPTED!
Only backlinks with more than Pagerank 1, no pagerank 0 backlinks accepted.

Note:
1- No milestone payments
2- 50% payments after 1 keyword in GOOGLE.DE 1st page
3- 75% payments after ALL keywords in GOOGLE.DE 1st page
4- 100% payments after 1 keyword in GOOGLE.DE top 3

I have 5 Keywords.
Dont creat MASS-BACKLINKS, i dont want thousands of backlinks that redirect to the domain, but backlink pyramid is ok.
