We are a Canadian Real Estate company leveraging our website for our local market. Located in Mississauga, we specialize in the Mississauga condo market, and are looking to Optimize one of our websites for 5 keywords. This is an ongoing SEO project. Here is the list of keywords which we are targeting:
-mississauga townhouses
-mississauga townhomes
-mississauga townhomes for sale
-mississauga townhouses for sale
-mississauga townhouse
Note: Payment is released upon ranking each individual keyword for 30 days.
Note: Rankings do not include the Google Places positions.

Note: Only "White Hat" SEO techniques. (The moment our Team discovers unethical, or spammy link building, contract becomes voidable.)
Note: Only respond to this job posting if you are intermediate level in SEO, and are confident 100% that the above 5 keywords will rank in the Top 3.
Payment for work will be issued using the following structure:
Milestone 1) First Page Milestone = $50 per keyword ranked.
For each keyword ranked in the first page of Google, payment of $60 will be released. Meaning by the time all 10 keywords have reached the 1st Page of Google, $600 will be released. (5 keywords x $50 each = $250). This amount is released once the keyword has retained it's 1st Page position for 30 days.
Milestone 2) Second Milestone = $50 per keyword ranked.
For each keyword ranked in the Top 5 search results of Google, payment an additional $50 will be released. Meaning by the time all 10 keywords have reached the Top 5 search results in Google, $250 will be released. (5 keywords x $50 each = $250).
Milestone 3) Third Milestone = $80 per keyword ranked.
Once all 5 keywords are ranked in the Top 5 search results of Google, there will be a monthly $80 maintenance payment by our Team to retain rankings in the Top 5 positions. In addition to the monthly maintenance payments, for each keyword ranked in the Top 3 search results in Google, there will be another payment of $80 per keyword. Meaning by the time all 5 keywords have reached the Top 3 search results in Google, $400 will be released.
Milestone 4)
Once all 10 targeted keywords are ranked in the Top 3 search results on Google, the program will switch into a monthly maintenance payment which will be $100 per month.
THIS WILL BE AN ONGOING CAMPAIGN WHERE ONCE ALL KEYWORDS ARE RANKED, THERE WILL BE AN ONGOING MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. WE HAVE SEVERAL OTHER WEBSITES THAT WE WILL BE LOOKING TO RANK IN THE SAME MANOR:
