WITHIN YOUR BID YOU MUST:
1. Provide a detailed plan of action, including the number of links and from where
2. Provide details of how you will use proxies
3. Include any social signals plans, including no of facebook likes, google+, bookmarks etc
4. Provide 5 past projects and their keywords you have worked on.
5. Provide evidence that your backlinks will be niche relevent

7. Provide evidence of how you will make these backlinks look natural.
