I need someone who can bring me straight to the top of google.de in this niche which I will describe below.
Project:
The project will be launched in about one week.
The website will contain a large database of videos (documentaries) which will be fully inserted in the page next week as well.
The website is kid of a community (German content) where everyone is able to watch documentaries.
The website is self programmed (no wordpress) and comes with SEO functions.
Our domain contains the keyword "doku" (www.doku*.de) already. This might help.
Goal:
We want to grow fast! We want to be top ranked on google.de!
We are looking for someone who is able to build google (google.de) friendly (!) backlinks for two specific keywords:
doku online
doku stream
We priorise german websites (if this has an effect on our pagerank on google).
We want a permanent Toprank on google.de. We want to stay there.
Do you offer anything like a topranking guaranty for the next 12 months after the SEO is finished?
How long would it take and which price do we have to pay, to get in the Top 3 for those two keywords?

- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
- No unethical methods
- Links must be from German language websites only.
- Link pages must be visible, readable, indexable & 'do follow'
- Links must be permanent
- One-way links only
- No paid traffic sites.
-No banned sites, violent, illegal sites, etc.
- Links that are not approved must be replaced by the service provider
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Maximum 1 link per page, 2 links per domain.
- Prefer authoritative domains (.co.uk/.com/.net/.biz/.org/)
- No robots.txt blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.
- No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
