I need someone that is an expert in SEO to optimize a site for me. This will be an ongoing job. Not only will I need SEO but I also want social networking. Here is a better idea of what I need.

1. SEO Monthly Report.
Google : Bing : Yahoo: All others you see relevant.

2. I would like to use Sprout Social or hootsuite to send media out socially on a weekly basis. I hope to find someone that has medical background and can help with socially relevant links.

I may split the job if I find the right person for the SEO and a different person for the Social Media integration.
I am looking to stay around $200 a month.
