SEO project needs to include link building, article writing, directory submission and any other useful information that would allow us to get top placement. Site has been on-page fully optimized already. Project must utilize white hat method only. Below are my requirements. Furthermore, I need site to be seo on 1st page of local listings in my state "California".
Requirements:
