Top 10 ranking for 10 keywords

Project Description:
We want our website to be ranked top 10 for 10 keywords on Search Engines like Google, MSN and Yahoo, only in certain geographic location, we would like to get permanent results. Can refer a competitors website that is currently ranked No 1 and always pops up on top of every websearh on Google etc. in our area of interest

Project could be billed monthly basic as long as we get results you will be getting paid monthly. Please note we do not want any backdoor techniques to be used which would later blacklist our website in any search engine database.

We will release payments at the end of every billing period for which results are verified.


Only white hat techniques required any black hat techniques will result to cancellation of the our agreement / contract and the project will be posted as open for bidding.

We have 4 websites but will start with only 1 at present.

At present, we would like our site to appear on "First page" in google, yahoo and msn.

The total budget for this project is US$5000.00.

In Order to consider a bid, we should receive it by Thursday the 19th of July 2012 by 12 pm CST,

Your bid must describe your strategy and plan to reach first page listing on google / yahoo / msn, it must also contain the following.
1. Name and website addresses of websites are you planning to use back link from. We do not allow backlinks from porn / adult / Gambling websites and also would like to verify the relevancy of business.
if reciprocal listing is required you will be responsible to create and edit (if and when required) the reciporcal links page
2. Name and website addresses of article directories,
3. Please note we currently work only in Chicagoland Area, so we need top ranking and first page listing only in this region.
4. Sample or Past wikipage created and website address of wiki submission
5. Social bookmarking submission confirmation / result verification
6. Name and website addresses of blogs for blog post submission.


Please note we would like to review and approve any listing, ad, blog post or article submitted on our behalf for this project before it is submitted. All postings should be made from a fresh account created solely for our company with a recovery email address, provided by our web master. The account's username / password and website URL should be maintained in an excel sheet shared b/w our IT person and you.

All Articles submitted for review must have authors name and contact info and a release duly signed electronically or manually. Any article that is posted after our approval will become our property and cannot be used in any other campaigns.

This project includes on-page optimization, and you will review the contents and propose changes, the goal is to make this website rank higher (Higher Google pagerank) and appear on first page, preferably on top or among top 3, on google / msn / yahoo searches in the local area. Using only white hat techniques which means relevancy and Organic ranking is very important in this project. If necessary we may also consider redesigning our website in order to compete with other competitors in our area.

You will provide weekly progress reports which must include a verification links to confirm submission to directories / blogs / social media sites etc. We do not want to buy links and leave a foot print for Search robots to get us blacklisted in Search Engines.

Please do not sent
1. your generalized email asking for our website address, keywords etc. read the project details its there
2. also at this point we do not need your contact info, skype id etc,
3. do not send details about SEO packages your company is offering, we are not interested
4. if you do only link building, guess what, we are not interested
If you do not follow guidelines you will automatically get disqualified for this project,
Please note, We will not consider any proposal which is not customized to our requirements, once again our goal is to "get our website on page 1 of google, yahoo and msn search results for local market in Chicagoland area"
