Project Description:
I have Google Analytics set up for my e-commerce website, but I am not optimizing it to its full potential. We need someone to show us what data is most relevant and important, get customized reports set up: 1) Conversion funnel tracking (to see where we are losing customers), and 2) a sales generated report of different campaigns. For example, we have many online campaigns such as Groupon or LivingSocial, and we want to see how many customers come to our site from these campaigns, and of that traffic, how many buy, and how much.
Those are the two main reports we need implemented. From other data, we would like recommendations of how to drive traffic, retain customers while on our site, and of course, increase sales.
