Website that earns 10$ a day - job board

Project Description:
I need someone who could build me a website that earns 10$ a day with the wordpress theme 'job board' from http://templatic.com.

What you have to do :

- research for a nice and niche domain name and project type
- create a logo
- setup wordpress
- install all the needed content, images and links, this also includes terms and conditions ...
- moneytize the site


We will define 3 Milestones :
1. Site us up and running
2. Site has earned 100% of the project amount
3. Site has earned 200% of the project amount

Payment Terms :
I only upload escrow payment depending on the milestones.
1. Milestone => 10% of the project amount as escrow milestone-payment
2. Milestone => 90% of the project amount as escrow milestone-payment
3. Milestone => all escrow payments will be released
