I am looking for experienced SEO company or specialist to recover my website which been hitted by google penguin update.
the proceedure is to make the right on page seo,fix all unnatural content,make nesessary changes to the website and submit the reconsideration.
payment is to be 50% as milestone and the 50% is to be paid once the penalty is revoked and the reconsideration is accepted.
