I am looking for a provider of the following.

We require high page rank contextual back links on page rank 3+ pages that fit in with my theme of photography on .co.uk domains (page rank must be of the page not just the domain). We have 400-500 word articles we want to be placed on the high page rank pages and keep the keyword density of 2% - 4% of my articles so there must be very little other text on the page and less than 10 out bound links.
