based on seo-Moz difficulty tools all keywords are between 60 to 75% difficult and competitive.
time frame is 45 days,
before starting the job bid winner must explain the method and promise not to use any black hat seo tool or method.
during the project we will observe the process to make sure that the job is being done correctly and without any black hat method.
Payments 25% upon reaching 8 phrase or keywords
25% upon reaching 15 keywords or phrases
25% upon reaching 20 keywords
25% 60 days after finishing 20 keywords to ensure the sustainability of job.
1st rank means exactly 1st result on the 1st page.

If you could manage Baidu and Yahoo for each of the we pay another 20% of total project value. this bonus to be paid 45 days after reaching the target the 20th keyword in last engine.
one site is on wordpress and the other one on the .net with sql server. the inbound seo in certainly a part of the project but we need you to send detailed instructions of what you need and we do it in house.
delay in reaching the target upto 15 days acceptable. but total duration should not exceed 60 days.
