Project Description:
Need to write a complete business plan that reflects the current research, pilot testing, manufacturing, marketing and sales implementation of my new product dessert that is currently sold in local retail stores.
The goal is to communicate the success of my business operations to potential lenders and to provide fiscal projections that can be clearly defined.
I need to secure funding via loans to:
1. Rehab our current building or purchase or lease another building to expand our manufacturing facility
2. Purchase additional machinery to produce and ship the product in greater volume.
3. Purchase additional software to track receivable inventory, menu costing, assembly line production, lot tracking, etc.
4. Secure 6 months of payroll to hire qualified employees to establish a structured network operations
I have written detailed business plans before so I am not a novice. I am just busy running the operation.
I am an IT Consultant with 20 years of experience in helping others to use technology to become more productive and efficient.
I have knowledge in my head as to the current vision and daily operations of this business.
I just need an experienced business plan writer who knows how to ask the right questions from me while we are creating the business plan together.
