At the moment we have 600+ hits a day but I am making no money from my advertisers. I need someone to look at my adds or suggest what would be a better way to make money with this site, and set it up.
if you do a good job there will be more sites. Please reply with what you would do after looking at the site, and your fee for helping the site to make some income. Thanks, I look forward to hearing your ideas.

I though I should add this to the job, rather than optimising what is already there think of another way other than banner adds to make revenue from the website. I must also point out that I am looking for a simple fix, and not a way to promote the site just a way for me to make money from it.
