Executive Project Recruiters is searching for the best and brightest virtual recruiters from around the globe that specializes in finding suitable candidates for jobs in the Information Technology Industry. This job is 100% commission based. You will only be paid if the candidate you submit to Executive Project Recruiters will lead to a successful hiring by the client for that job order.
This position pays commission only, which means, you post the job order that I give you, get candidates to reply to the ad for the job, get their resume from them, let them fill out a short questionnaire about the job, pre-screen them and make sure that they are in fact serious about the job and not just curious. If you feel that person fits the job, then you send the questionnaire and the resume to me and I will send it to the hiring manager. I am NOT the hiring manager. The commission that you make on a successful hire on a job order is $250.00 U.S. Dollars (Two hundred and Fifty dollars).
So, if you are a good recruiter this could really add up and provide a nice income. If you are professional, timely, responsive, honest, and hard-working this could become a long-term assignment.
This is a position for an experienced recruiter that understands the candidate sourcing process, has access to U.S. job boards, and knows how to search for qualified candidates in the United States. This is a remote job. You will be working from wherever you are with your computer on the net. You must be professional at all times when dealing with the candidate.
You must know English and speak English well, and comprehend English well. This is very important when dealing with candidates that are located in the United States and for me to communicate with you.
This position is to be started IMMEDIATELY! You work whatever hours that you want too, I ask that you keep me updated on your postings and things at least a couple times a week and let me know your still working.
