Project Description:
We have online service, free for now, but soon is going to be paid, before that and after we will need number of things to be done. We have 1000+ daily usages of service and the long term goal is to move leads to become paid customers, also we got good SEO results, daily we are having around 700 users coming from Google search, so need to keep them on website..
Duties :
- develop email templates for Welcome Email, Choose Pricing plan email, Newsletter email....
- analyse and improve home page conversions ( e.g. http://sixrevisions.com/usabilityaccessibility/how-to-increase-conversions-on-any-website-in-45-minutes/ )
- work on our blog(business blog), we have number of steps to be completed not much to invent just follow those steps.
- content writing for blog posts, product updates wrapping and much more.
- instant reporting of progress/leads..(we have dashboard if needed)
- continuous analysis and improvements of all the activities, working on user feedback
Experience:
- link to previous products and services you took or taking part
- fluent English, writing especially
- much experience with different online services(getsatisfaction, google analytics....etc)
We will hire for few initial tasks as a trial.
