Hi everyone
Im running a webdesign company in India,called " runoff " . We have planned to expand our business to other countries. We are looking for a person who can bring in projects / leads from where ever he's residing. You will be given 10% share from the overall project costing. Until we get a stead stream of projects from you, you will be a freelancer to the company. once you achieve the target project numbers, we will hire you as a permanent employee on salary basis.
