part time PPC expert needed (full time role a possibility)

I'm looking for someone to manage a number of PPC accounts, manage bids on a weekly basis, write new ads, test new ideas, research new keywords, research competitor ads & position my clients accordingly occasionally setup new accounts - although I will do most of that you'll also write monthly reports based on the adwords & google analytics data this requires insight into what the numbers mean - not just cutting & pasting the numbers into Word. I'm looking for a part time person initially probably 10-20 hours a week (less if you're fast!) Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
