You will work with laptop/phone and are working in the territory of 5 different states of America! The only thing you do is sales and building relationships. We do the marketing, finances, administration and if there needs to be a meeting with the client we are able to go out and get the sales in, while you still receive commission, as you receive commission based on territory. As soon as the product or service has been sold, a product manager is taking over and we arrange it from there. You will receive a nice % of what you sell and the beauty is, the more you sell, the higher the % will be. On the side we have wonderful incentives, think about $$$ per month for best sales person, $$$ for best sales person of the year and the first one getting in an amount of sales in one month gets a trip for two to any place worth of a $$$$.
Because we sell packages on social media and related services with year contracts, when you sell a certain service, the % is monthly coming back. So the more sales and satisfied customers you have, the more revenue it creates for you with no restrictions. So, that said, the sky is the limit. We will equip you and train you on the job. We will be there when you need us. We are here to make sure you can do your job outstanding!
If sales goes well, we will add sales people to your team which you will lead and you become sales manager of your 5 states. You will stay sales manager and there will be no more sales people below your sales people. If it gets busier, you get more sales executives below you.
Graduate in sales, business or management (For B2B product sales).
Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in "facing" the customers.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through email or via telephone etc.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
