We are currently looking for experienced sales representatives to market and sell our services.
You will be selling our luxury transport services. Mainly we would like you to focus on our airport transfer service, however, if you think you have the clientèle for our other services, you are more than welcome to sell these too.
We have a set track record, experience and a long list of well-served customers who are happy to recommend our services. You should be able to easily sell 10 services per week and this should be your minimum target. In my experience, however, with the right approach you will more realistically be selling around 20-30 airport transfers. The very interesting and beneficial detail is that those who hire our airport transfer service, often require other services. Allowing you to to 'up-sell' on a regular basis. Additionally, those who book an inbound airport transfer often require an outbound airport transfer.
At the moment we offer 5%-20% commission based on number of sales per week. Some quick numbers for you:
If you're making 20% per sale you will receive £13, that is £390 for 30 airport transfers per week - an achievable 5 sales per day.
You're market is travel agents, operators, events management agencies, financial institutions, concierge service companies, and for that matter any organisation or individual who requires executive transportation.
Our cars range from executive saloons like the Chrysler 300C to people carriers such as the Mercedes Viano and luxury cars such as the Mercedes S Class and Bentley Flying Spur.
At the moment, we are also looking for someone to sell our Bentley services, the commission is much higher, however, you must have the right contacts.
As with any commission based job, those who achieve more will be rewarded constantly with motivating bonuses.
The OTE is a the minimum you are expected to earn, please have a look at our price list attached. You will see that there is the potential to make a lot more by selling some of our other services. The result fee uses as a basis for calculation our airport transfer service with the executive saloon, currently priced at £65 but, for example, if you sold 12 airport transfers with the finesse saloon or an MPV (executive people carrier) the result fee would increase from £156 to £235.20. I am simply trying to demonstrate that you could easily achieve a lot more than what is listed below.
You will be expected to meet the targets set within the week, you will also be required to produce reports on a weekly basis.
