Project Description:
All I want is a Java library/API that offer a method with input is a jpeg captcha image and return a String containing the text in the captcha image.
You are free to use any open source/commercial, any algorithm such as OCR or image processing you might think it's suitable as long as it can work fast and with a high accuracy (more than 90% will be considered as acceptable).
Enclosed is few samples of the catpcha images that will be used. More samples will be provided for your testing and developing. Please take a look and give me a quote with a detail suggestion of how you will do this job.
