Project Description:
We supply stock picks to our subscribers and have found that email is getting less and less reliable. We want to offer them "instant" alerts to their desktop.
We want a real time solution... a communication tool that enables us to deliver near-instant alerts to their desktop.
The solution should consist of two parts: the Administration module and a Client download.
Ideally the Admin area is a user-friendly, local application. We can run it on our server, if need be (LINIX)... but the interface must be super-simple, total no-brainer for my partner to run.
The “Client” which is installed by the end-user, should be a small application and when running, maintains a very small footprint, thus not straining the end-user computer resources.
I want:
- Instant delivery to mass users
- Guaranteed delivery
- Monitoring of connected users
- Secure -- unavailable to non-payers (non-subscribers)
- Closed 1to many relationship
- 128 bit encryption
